Hello lovelies!
Wow, another month as well as another year is OVER!
Even though I had a ton of finals this month I managed to read 8 books this month, yay!
1. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
Do I need to say something about this? I hope not. It's the second book in the 'The Hunger Games' Trilogy and again, follows Katniss and Peeta as they get thrown into another arena for the Quarter Quell. Amazing read, Catching Fire is also my favorite movie out of the four so yay! 5/5 Stars
2.+3. Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief and Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters
I enjoyed these books, though I do have to say, I think I would have enjoyed these books so much more if I had read them at the age of 12 or 13. Nevertheless, it's a fun series, which I hope to continue. 3,5/5 Stars each
4. Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare
This book was SO amazing. I talked about this in my 2015 Favorites Post so I'm not going to go into detail now but just know that this whole series is amazing and you should go pick it up right now. 5/5 Stars
5.+6. Throne of Glass and Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Maas
These books holy mother of shit. I absolutely adored ToG, but I did have some problems with CoM. I loved the first half of CoM but I thought the whole Chaol and Celaena split wasn't dealt with in the right way. I felt like they had something special and I don't know I thought it could have been handled more sensitively. 5/5 for ToG and 4/5 for CoM
7. Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
Again, I talked about this in my Favorites Post and I wrote a Review on it so you can go check these posts out if you want to. 5/5 Stars
8. Between the Lines by Jodi Picoult
Talked about this in my Least Favorites Post. I didn't like this book at all. The premise was unique and interesting but it was just so badly done I couldn't even finish this book. 1/5 Stars

Favorite/Least Favorite Books of 2015
Hello lovelies!
I hope all of you guys had an amazing Christmas!
I'm sorry it's been a few days since my last post but unfortunately I'm really sick with the flu at the moment and I couldn't do anything basically for the past few days let alone sit down to write a blog post, anyway I saw a doctor today and got antibiotics so I hope I'll feel better soon.
CAN ANYONE ELSE ABSOLUTELY NOT BELIEVE THAT 2015 IS OVER?
So to celebrate the end of the year I want to share with you guys my TOP 3 Favorite and Least Favorite books of the year.
Please note that these are books I have read in 2015, they weren't necessarily published this year.
Least Favorite Books
3rd place goes to Paper Towns by John Green (please don't hate me)
I just didn't enjoy reading this book at all. I didn't like any of the characters, I thought most of what Quentin and also Margo did have made absolutely no sense. I also didn't like the end ... Basically I didn't like anything about this book which is really sad. I really want to give his other books a chance though.
2nd place goes to City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Now don't get me wrong people, I absolutely love TMI as well as TID but this book I don't even know what to say about ... From the beginning I didn't like Simon as much as everyone else so I didn't really enjoy the chapters about him. I also found the book to read super super slow I had to put it down and read other books SEVERAL times.
I agree with the people who think Cassandra Clare shouldn't have written the last three books in TMI series.
And 1st place of my least favorite books goes to Between the Lines by Jodi Picoult
To be completely honest with you, I didn't even finish this book, I just really couldn't. The premise sounded SO interesting and amazing but it was just done horribly and I felt like this could have been done so much better the whole entire time.
Favorite Books
3rd place goes to Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare
This book people ... This book! I already flew through Clockwork Angel but this one, jesus christ this one I read in two sittings tops. It was beautifully written, great character development, great plot, great everything! I absolutely cannot wait to read Clockwork Princess.
2nd place goes to Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
This book follows Lina and her family as they get taken from their homes in Lithuania by the NKVD and get deported to the North Pole. I'm gonna tell you, this book is not too easy to stomach as it doesn't sugarcoat anything but it is so worth it. This book is just beautiful and you will find yourself hooked from the first page on.
Aaaaand finally 1st place goes to Stolen by Lucy Christopher
Hell freaking yes. I read this book in one sitting it is amazing, beautiful, shocking just everything. Basically it follows Gemma as she gets captivated by a guy called Ty, who then brings her to the outback in Australia to start a life with her. Now the unique thing about this book is, it's written in second person so it goes like "You did this, you did that." Which I thought to be so intimidating and SO amazing.
Okay these were the Top 3 of my Favorite and Least Favorite books of 2015. Let me know which books were yours in the comments.
I hope all of you guys had an amazing Christmas!

Review: Between Shades Of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
Hello lovelies!
Today I want to talk to you about Ruta Sepetys' book 'Between Shades Of Gray'. This books takes place in 1941 follows Lina and her family, who are taken from their home in Lithuania by the Soviets and deported first to Sibiria and then to the North Pole.
Jesus, this book got me hooked. I had no idea the Soviets actually did this to people from Lithuania, Lativa and Estonia. I think because of all the horrible things Hitler did in Germany around that time, no one really noticed? I don't know either way it's horrible.
Now, normally I am not the right person to read books like that. I can't really deal with them emotionally. I once watched the Boy in the Striped Pyjama and couldn't eat for three days. Nevertheless, I really wanted to read this book and so I did and let me tell you, I don't regret it.
Even though it's YA, nothing is sugar-coated at all and I think that's why this books is so powerful.
You follow the characters on their journey and you completely fall in love with all of them. I got so attached to every single character in this book it's ridiculous.
SO, if you haven't read this book GO PICK THIS UP NOW NOW NOW.
Okay I am going to talk about spoiler-y things below the cut so don't go there if you haven't read the book.

Review: City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Hello lovelies!
I know it's been quite a while since I have posted on here but finals are seriously being crazy right now. My christmas break starts on Friday so expect way more posts after this.
Today, I want to talk about City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare, the fourth book in the Mortal Instruments series. Firstly, let me tell you that I have ADORED the Mortal Instruments series so far. I know for some people it was quite hard to get to the first two books but I flew through them and I read City of Glass in two sittings max.
So after reading Clockwork Angel I instantly picked City of Fallen Angels up but I just can't say I loved it as much as the previous books.
Ok, people are going to kill me for this but I don't like Simon as much as everyonelse does. I just don't really care?! (SORRY). I think this is why it took me about three weeks to get through this book.
Secondly, I did not like the plot much? I just ... I don't know I didn't really like what happened to Jace I thought it was quite far fetched to be honest.
Overall I give this book 3/5 stars, I really hope I will enjoy the last two books in the Mortal Instruments series more.

Review: Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas
Hello lovelies,
firstly, let me just warn you! I just finished this book 2 seconds ago and I am UTTERLY emotional ok so do not judge me.
Obviously the entire internet, apart from me, as already read the books and the sequels but because I am a loser I have only now discovered it. BOO.
When I heard booktubers talk about the plot I didn't really fancy reading it at all but then I was like "Everybody fucking loves this, you need to give it a try." and holy moly everyone was so right!
This book is AMAZING. Truly, truly AMAZING.
Basically, it follows our main character Celaena Sardothien who is the worlds most famous Assassin. The king of the realm is looking for an Assassin and hosts this big contest where Assassin's fight against each other until one remains.
Celaena is literally the most kick ass female character I have ever read about and I fucking LOVED it.
I am SO excited to read the sequel which I may or may not have ordered already. If you haven't read this book I highly, highly recommend you picking it up. 5/5 Stars.

November Wrap Up
Hello lovelies!
Wow, November is really over who else can't freaking believe it?
Now, today I want to talk about my November Wrap Up. In the month of November I read a total of four books which is, for me, very disappointing but school has just been crazy and it is going to keep being crazy until christmas, really. Nevertheless I want to share the books I actually did read with you guys.
1. Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY I got to Clockwork Angel. It's the spinoff series to the Mortal Instruments and let me tell you, if you did love the Mortal Instruments you are going to ADORE the Infernal Devices series. I instantly fell in love with the plot and the characters and I just cannot wait to get to the second book of the triology.
2. Stolen by Lucy Christopher
This book has got to be my favorite of the month. I already talked about it in my review but for those who didn't see that, it's a comtemporary novel which follows our main character Gemma who gets abducted from an airport by Ty. Gemma finds herself in the outback in Australia and eventually finds herself sympathizing with Ty. This book is SO unique especially because it is written as a letter from Gemma to her captor Ty. You absolutely NEED to pick this one up.
3. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
YAY I finally started reading the Hunger Games. I don't think I have to explain what it's about, do I? It is great and funny and amazing and capturing so if you haven't read it GO READ IT.
4. City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Now it really pains me to say this but I did not enjoy the fourth book of the series as much as I enjoyed the first three. It took me AGES to get into it and I don't know I guess she really should have left it a triology.
What did you guys read in the month of November? Have you read any of mine and if so, what did you think about it?

December TBR
Hello lovelies!
Time for my December TBR. Let's get right into it since I have to leave for work in like half an hour ;)
1. Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas
Now unfortunately I didn't have the time to read this one in November so it's my top priority for December. I am so excited for this and cannot wait to get into it.
2. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
Do I need to say anything about this? No. I thought so.
3. Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
I've heard NOTHING but good things about this book so I really do want to get to it in December and I really hope I'll get the chance to it's just not my TOP priority this month.
4. Cinder by Marissa Meyer
Now I really really want to start this series. I know it's been out for years and the last book of the series just came out which is why it's one of my top priorities this month.
5. Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
I am such a fan of Rainbow Rowell's writing already even though I've only read Fangirl so far which is why I absolutely want to continue reading all her books. This month I hope to get to Eleanor & Park.
Let me know which books are on your December TBR in the comments♥

Review: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
Hello lovely people of the internet,
today I want to talk about Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell.
This book follows the main character Cath, a twin, who experiences her first year in college. Cath is really shy, introverted and completely attached to the fanfiction world. She writes fanfiction for 'Simon Snow' which is sort of her Harry Potter. Her twin sister Wren is the complete opposite. She likes going out, getting drunk and having fun.
Now let me tell you guys this was the first book by Rainbow Rowell I've ever read and I LOVED her writing style. It's soo modern and to be honest I have never related to a fictional character as much as I related to Cath. She is the representative for all of you fangirls out there. Cath prefers staying in, writing fanfiction to going out which is SO me haha.
If you are a fangirl and need something to relate to or if you just want to read a fast paced YA contemporary you should go pick up Fangirl ASAP!

Review: Stolen by Lucy Christopher
Hello lovelies, how are you all today?
Nooow today I NEED to tell you about a book. I read this book yesterday in ONE sitting. The name of the book is Stolen and it's written by Lucy Christopher. We follow a girl called Gemma who gets kidnapped by the older but very handsome Ty. He has been planning this abduction for several years and now he has captured her and brought her to Australia, somewhere in the Outback where no one will ever find her. Slowly, Gemma finds herself getting attached to Ty, getting to know him, trying to understand him.
AHH THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOOOODDDD. Not gonna lie I cried big time. The unique thing about this book is that it's written as a letter from Gemma to her captor Ty. This makes the whole books SO amazing and intimidating and just AGH.
If you haven't read this book go pick it up RIGHT NOW!

October Wrap up
Hey blogger world, it's Tammy!
Am I the only one who can absolutely not believe that it's almost November? I mean it's gonna be 2016 in 8 weeks! 8 WEEKS! Jesus Christ!
Anyways, October has been a pretty good reading month for me and I read a total of 7 books. That may not be much for some people but honestly I think it's pretty good considering the facts that I go to school and have two part times jobs.
So in the month of October I started to re-read the Harry Potter books. Now I have not read all of them and honestly I was like 10 when I read the first one, plus back then I read it in German so I decided to buy new copies of them, in English, and re-read the whole series. I don't really think I have to explain what Harry Potter is about, do I? I expect most people on this planet have already read the HP series but if you haven't GO PICK THEM UP THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL AND MAGICAL AND AMAZING, GO WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?
This month I FINALLY read Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. A friend got me this book for my 18th birthday, which was in March btw, and I only read it NOW (ikr what am I even doing). Now this book is AMAZING because guess what: It's about a fangirl, me basically. I don't think I have ever related to a character as much as I felt realted to Cath in fangirl. She has a twin sister, Wren, who is all about parties and drinking and fun and going out while Cath locks herself into her room for days writing fanfiction. Now this story is AMAZING believe me. I can't wait to pick up more books by Rainbow Rowell.
The next book I read was Paper Towns by John Green. This was the first book I read by John Green and honestly, I had kind of high expectations. NOW don't kill me BUT, unfortunately I didn't like it all that much. Do not get me wrong I think John Green has an amazing writing style but the story I don't know I just thought it lacked sense? I didn't hate the books but I just didn't like it either.
DIVERGENT. FUCKING DIVERGENT. Now this book had me screaming I swear to god. Divergent was written by Veronica Roth and jesus that woman is AMAZING. The book is set in a futuristic sort of world where citizens are divides into 5 'factions'. Dauntless, Abnegation, Erudite, Amity and Candor. The book is about Tris a girl who leaves her family behind to transfer from Abnegation to Dauntless (Faction before blood) and how she deals with her new life. IT'S AMAZING PICK IT UP IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY.
Lastly, I want to talk about another series I started in October. The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. Now again I KNOW I'm kinda late to the party but remember I've been in a reading slumb for like 4 years so I got a lot to catch up on ok? I guess I do not have to explain what the Shadowhunter Chronicles are about they have freaking HOOKED me, I think I read City of Ashes in two sittings I'm not even kidding.
What books did you read in October?

Hi I love books!
Hi everyone, my name is Tammy and I love books.
No matter when you read this it's probably been about 2 minutes since I've bought my last book, let's be honest here.
This, however, has in no way been a constant state. I'm not lying guys, I have been in a reading sluber for like 4 years I am not even kidding. Ever since the last Twilight book was released I have hardly read over five books a YEAR! Since the beginning of October, however, I have been SO into books again and I love it so much I've decided to dedicate a blog to it.
Now I know hardly anyone is going to read this but nevertheless I think it's going to be so interesting to be able to go back in a couple of years and see which books had an influence on past Tammy.
So the topic of this blog is basically going to be the books I read and the books I plan to read next so yeah let's just see how it works out.
